Tiny Tim is one of the characters from A Christmas Carol. He appears in "Once Upon a Crime" and is shown to be working as a receptionist for a psychic business run by Ebenezer Scrooge. He resides with the Faerie population of Everafters in New York, and is therefore under the jurisdiction of Oberon and Titania.
Due to his short height, Ebenzer gifted him a mechanical pair of legs, with the intention of making it easier for the little British boy to serve his clients. However, Tiny Tim has difficulty manoeuvring the contraption and ends up crashing into anything in his way. After Daphne's insistence, he recites the line which made him famous in the Dickens novel - "God bless us, everyone." - which he says is somehting that he gets asked to do a lot.
