Little Boy Blue is the boy from the Little Boy Blue nursery rhyme of the same name. He is a soldier in the army residing in Fort Charming.

In The Everafter War, he received a couple broken ribs fighting the Scarlet Hand.
Earlier, in Book 6, Mr Canis was tried by by a jury made up mostly of Scarlet Hand members. One of these was described as a young man dressed entirely in blue. Whether or not this was Little Boy Blue is unclear.
