Goldilocks is an Everafter, being the main character in the fairy tale Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Despite the anger of the bear family in the fairy tale, Goldilocks is a close friend with the bears and can speak to them. She has curly blond hair and dazzling eyes. Her face is round and tanned with dimples and a dainty nose speckled with golden freckles.

Goldilocks, like most Everafters, lived in Ferryport Landing for many years, where she met Henry Grimm. The two fell in love, but Henry was sad that Goldilocks was forever trapped behind the Ferryport Landing Barrier, which trapped all Everafters. His brother, Jacob, noticed this and figured out a way to temporarily shut down the barrier and freed Goldilocks. Unfortunately, this also unleashed the Jabberwocky from the Ferryport Landing asylum, which was similar enough to the whole Barrier to shut down as well. The Jabberwocky killed Henry and Jacob's father. Henry was never the same and dumped Goldilocks, who took the blame. Goldilocks moved to New York City and didn't attempt any contact with Henry when he moved there as well, probably unaware of her presence. Goldilocks after that traveled frequently and became an important character to the series in Magic and Other Misdemeanors. She was mentioned having attended Sabrina and Bradley's wedding with her fianceé in "The Council of Mirrors".

Goldilocks is a loving woman because she willingly entered the Ferryport Landing Barrier to awaken her past lover. Sabrina thinks of her as nice, but "in a ditsy kind of way."

Goldilocks is able to communicate with animals and is knowledgeable in feng shui, which she uses to organize houses. In "The Everafter War", she was seen going around Sabrina's house rearranging things, never stopping until something was "just right" - a joke referencing her famous fairy tale.
